The four documents below govern your use of the walkindb hosted API. They’re short on purpose — read whichever is relevant to you.

• Acceptable Use Policy
  What walkindb is for, what it isn’t, and what gets you cut off. The load-bearing one.
• Terms of Service
  No warranties, €100 liability cap, Portuguese law, courts of Lisbon. The boilerplate that has to exist.
• Privacy Notice
  What we log (timestamp, IP, instance ID, status — never your SQL), kept 7 days, then deleted. GDPR rights.
• DMCA Notice and Takedown
  How to file a copyright takedown for content allegedly stored in a walk-in instance.
